- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically we would like a face to face meeting with the customer. We feel being able to put a face to a name is the best way to start a business relationship. Going forward we can communicate vai text, email, fax, or future face to face meetings. Once the client conveys what service they need we then prepare an engagement letter outlining our understanding of their needs and what they can expect from us.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are QiuckBooks Certified and ProAdvisors. We have a combined 32 years of accounting and bookkeeping experience.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Our People have the widest range of industry experience from small business and high net worth individuals, to medical practices, construction and many more.
