He came when he said he would, & let me know when he was 15mins away. He was very professional, answered my questions & the work was excellent. He showed me a lock in my car I didnt even know I had, & explained how 2use it. All this at a great price. I definitely recommend him & will keep his information in case I need a locksmith again. He was timely, and gave me his best offer right off the bat. Other companies wold give me the most expensive option, even when I asked for the most affordable. So, I appreciated it when "Key Guy" gave me the the most affordable option, and also explained the differences between it, and the others. I was able to make an informed and affordable decision. I also appreciate that I didn't have to hassle to get his best offer. He is transparent, honest, and competent.
