For 9 years, I’ve worked as an Accountant/Property Accountant for various Commercial Real Estate and Property Management companies throughout DFW areas. Aside from successfully performing full cycle accounting duties, I prioritized and maintained organization of a high-volume workload for multiple clients. I organized transition documents, including confidentiality agreements, leases, contracts, listings, closing documents, sellers packages, etc., to ensure that all parties had executed copies of required documents.
