- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our executive chef, Andy Gibson, has a culinary degree from Le Cordon Bleu in Chicago, IL. His previous experience includes working at "Q" - Chicago's first fine dining barbecue restaurant, Executive chef at "Bull and Bear" gastro pub as well as a luxury mountain-top resort in Utah.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We work with all types of customers - from couples just starting out trying to plan a wedding on a budget to high end corporate events. No matter what price range we are working in - we give each customer the same outstanding quality and attention to the smallest details.
