- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have been into computers since I was in jr. high as my father and his were both engineers and I had access to computers before they were out in the retail space. One of my first jobs was to computerize my high school, that is when I knew that this is for me. As an artist and engineer the internet became my playground.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Every thing from Ad-ware, viruses or hardware failure I usually can solve in a quick time.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
The IT profession is a challenging field as there are many diverse issues and being on top of all of them is a career in it self. As technology advances it is my job to understand and diagnose issues. There is no one training or schooling that can keep up with this pace and that is where I shine.
