- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We typically aren't the cheapest option because we only carry high quality materials with warranties to help your floors last longer. We also strive to give you an amazing customer experience at such high levels we only employ the best installers and design team. We do have financing options available and with over 3000 samples available, we can work within your budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We offer the in-home shopping experience. One of our design associates will show up at your home with a van containing over 3000 samples. You will see larger samples in your own home with your own color schemes and lighting. Our experts will help you pick the perfect products for your long term happiness. Our goal is your long term happiness in your flooring!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our family has over 30 years of experience in the flooring industry. From commercial hospital projects, large apartment complexes, and your neighbor next door. We have been a flooring resource for our community since the 80's.
