The cake tasted amazing. She really worked with us and made exactly what we wanted. She was super flexible. One of the best experiences we’ve had. Would definitely book again for another special event.

I was so pleased with the service I received from The Brown Sugar Cakery! She made a cake for my wedding and it was wonderful. The presentation was lovely and the taste was excellent. One of my best friends will now be using her for upcoming wedding because she loved the cake so much at my wedding. Great initial connection. She listened to my need and desires for wedding cakes and exceeded all of them. Her cakes are very tasty and her decorations are on point. I offer veterans, first responders and teacher discounts.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I try to find the best solution for the customer. If you want the look of a multiple tiered cake, but not the cost, we can always create fake layers and do a sheet cake to provide the serving amount needed.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I got started in this business making themed cakes for my kids and family.
