- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
our pricing is based on a service to service rate instead of an hourly rate for example a service call is $50 and we have flat rate pricing for everything else.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
we want the customer to feel knowledgeable about the repair or installation that's being done we encourage any and all questions and will take whatever time is necessary to make sure that the customer is satisfied with the understanding exactly what's going on.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have a licensed irrigator on staff and have been in the landscape and lawn sprinkler industry for over 15 years.
