Introduction: We managed a very successful home-building company for close to 15 years. We have constructed over 350 custom homes from the 3000 sq. ft. to 8000 sq. ft. range and 80% of that are in the upper tier, high-quality, extravagant amenities, top-of-the-line finish materials and fancy finish designs.
We developed two subdivisions of over 50 lots each, construction of a 96-unit, three-story condominium project. We have fixed and flipped over 30 low-end houses.
