- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We travel to the home to diagnose the repair and give the customer the quote for the repair. This quote would include the labor, part, and diagnosis of the repair (the TOTAL). No hidden fees. Our Diagnosis to come out and give you a quote is $50.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We would gather all the necessary information to travel to your home and get the appliance fixed as fast as possible. This includes your name, address, phone, and email, as well as a detailed explanation of the problem with your appliance.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have been working on appliances since we were born, pretty much. We have been around since 1959, and don't plan on going anywhere. We attend factory training every 6 months.
