- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
A lot of people assume that because they've been "cleaning for years" they will automatically be a great fit. NOT TRUE! There are so many fine details that go into cleaning an office building or a house and as a professional, we have to do those EVERY TIME! Or else why are the customers paying?
