Legal Document Preparation

Introduction: I can assist in document preparation and anything else that a paralegal can do by law. I focus on Family Law and Administrative Law solely for Disability claims. I would live to help someone in need of help applying for Title 2 and/or Title 16 Disability claims, without the 25% that attorney charge charge. I will base my fee on a sliding scale for each client. I currently work at a National Disabilty Law Firm where I work.with SSA, DDS, and ODAR Hearing offices on a daily basis. I am unable to practice law, represent in court, etc., but I have all court documents for divorce, custody and MRO as well as restraining orders. I now have the majority of docsuments for disability, the rest SSA send during the process. I urge you to not obtain an attorney or help until you have been denied two times, only 13% of people applying in the US get apprived during this period, its at the hearing level you will want assistance.
