Jason was great to work with during the estimate process. Once a decision was made, the installation team was scheduled; fortunately, for us we made the decision in Friday afternoon and the installation team showed up Monday morning ready to get to work.Danny, Bryan, and James worked hard and they were able to get the new furnace and air conditioner installed in one day! I would recommend Humphrey Plumbing and Heating without hesitation.

Danny and Brian did our installation (new furnace and AC) they were here on time and did a great job. They took the time to walk us through the new system and answere any questions we had. They did a great job cleaning up when they were done. Other than a unit that works you would never know they were here. During the install they made sure I knew of any issues that may arise, like turning off the power and possible smoke detectors going off. Thank you and great job!!

David Lloyd just left from fixing my air conditioning unit. 5 years ago when the home was built the builders hastily installed the unit causing the outside unit to shift downwards and bend my coolant lines. David diagnosed the issue, was prompt on a quote and returned two days later to fix the issue. He was polite, knowledge, and walked me through the entire process step by step. He went above and beyond fixing issues that arose that were not previous known. I highly recommend Humpfreys services and will be using them again in the future.

The service men were amazingly wonderful. They showed up right when they said they would. They were clean and polite. Finished faster than estimated. They also cleaned up better than it was when they began. I would definitely recommend Humphreys to anyone and everyone!! Thank you guys!
