Unfortunately, the work was not completed, nor done well. Weeds were left throughout the areas that were agreed upon, as in the dirt underneath was not even visible in most areas. What weeds were removed, appeared to have been cut off but no roots pulled. Not to mention the dried weeds cut were left there and never cleared away. Only about 20% of the job was even worked on for over 4 hours. This was a small residential yard with minimal areas of simple landscape weeding. We were also charged hourly for an additional worker that we were not told about or aware was coming. Had the job been done well, we wouldn’t have minded as much but neither worker completed the job remotely close to a basic standard of clearing weeds. I’ve included images of what it looked liked before and the “after” images they left us with. I didn’t even include the areas that they were supposed to tackle but never got to. ** I’ve asked twice if they would like to come back and complete the job or provide a partial refund but they said they were on a trip and had a job to complete when they got back. Very disappointing.
