- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing can depend on the hours that I put in for the services, plus it depends and what is needed from me to the customer. I want my customers or clients to know that I do my best to find the right price for them.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I've had many new customers over the past years and it's been amazing. I like to talk over the phone and get to know my customer, I try to have a date set to meet up and talk about the playlist and specifics on what they want for their event. Once everything is set, with every customer I come early to set up and I do a little extra because I want my customer to feel comfortable and relaxed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have done this for over 7 years now in over 3 different countries and it's been a really good time. I learned everything by myself with just a simple Ipad and some headphones and really good affordable app. I am now growing as a business, but now I am getting education about social media marketing to increase my content in my business.
