- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It's important to understand the impact investing in your health will have on your life. There is nothing greater than improving someone's quality of life. That is what I strive to do for my clients! Additionally, I encourage consistency. This is key to meeting your goals. So as far as pricing goes, it's more cost-effective to sign up for the longer plans. This encourages you to stay on track.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start off offering a free consultation. Here, we get to know each other, talk about your goals and why you're meeting with me. Then we'll talk about your availability, how you like to workout, etc. In addition, we'll do some assessments so we can watch your progress or tweak things as we go, if needed. Finally, I will create a customized plan (in addition to other resources) for you to accomplish your goals.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated with an AAS in Exercise Science in addition to passing the ACSM CPT Exam.
