- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is simple. Basic bookkeeping services start at $20/Hr for the first 3 months (8 hours/month standard). All extra services such as payroll, AR/AP, virtual assistance, and data entry do cost extra according to the business need.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start out by getting to know the business. Typical sales and transactions. Typical spending and earning. What platform they use now, what they want to accomplish, our goals as a team, etc.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a certified bookkeeper from SLCC.
