My furnace went out during a cold spell. I put my project on Thumbtack and Cardwell Heating responded immediately. The bid they gave was excellent in value for me. They also freed up their schedule so that they could replace my furnace the evening they gave me their bid. I had been trying to heat the house using the one gas fireplace we had in the house and it wasn’t working. I greatly appreciated Cardwell heating getting my project done so quick.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are fair in pricing. Service calls are $95/hr with a 2 hour minimum. Payment is due upon job completion. In some cases depending on the project 1/2 of price will be required up front and the other 1/2 due upon completion of the job. Free estimates in the Davis & Weber county all other estimates vary depending on area.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Listening to what they need and give them reasonable options & fair price. Also will explain what we are doing and answer any questions they have
