- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
*Please note, I normally require prepayment at the time of online booking. If you should have to cancel and we are more than 24 hours of your scheduled appointment, reach out to me and I will promptly refund your money, otherwise, if the cancellation is made less than 24 hours before the appointment, I do still require payment in full.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once you book online at massagebook.com/actnaturalana, I email you a client intake form to have filled out prior to our appointment. Payment will be due in full if the appointment is cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled time. For your safety and security, I am vetted directly through Thumbtack and am a state of Utah licensed therapist.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated massage school with 900 hrs of training.
