After all was said and done I was impressed by the the technicians’ efficiency and quality of work. I had a new zone added for drip irrigation. The job involved adding a new manifold and poly tubing through middle of my yard. They paid careful attention to the established plants and were meticulous about putting the grass back into place after digging it up. I appreciated them explaining how to set up the drip tubing once I planted the perennials into the park strip. They also spent extra time explaining how we could add an extra pop up sprinkler to cover some dryer spots in our lawn. If there were any cons: they did not show up the day scheduled (and I even confirmed the day before). There evidently were some internal miscommunication issues. Supervisor was apologetic and they came the following day. This wasn’t a huge problem especially since I work from home. It was a bit unprofessional though. As far as the value of the work, it seemed fair for what was involved. But the final price was a little bit more than what was quoted because the parts ended up being more expensive than when they first gave the quote. I would’ve appreciated a heads up before they did the job so I would’ve known to expect to pay a couple hundred dollars more.
