25% off the first hour of the service call if you mention this ad over the phone.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We'll start off by getting to know what you're situation is and do our best to see if it's a simple problem that we can walk you through on how to fix it yourself. If it's a larger issue we will dispatch a professional to your home to diagnosis the issue and give you options for repair. The dispatch fee is $85 and that includes the first hour of labor.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All our technicians are professionally trained and licenses in their field and have continuous training and education weekly.
