- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We aim to provide clear, upfront pricing with no surprises. Every project is unique, so we offer free estimates based on the scope of work. We do our best to stay within budget while maintaining high-quality craftsmanship. For larger jobs, we provide itemized bids, and for smaller handyman tasks, we offer competitive hourly rates. No hidden fees, just honest work.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It starts with a quick phone call or text to understand your needs. From there, we’ll schedule a walkthrough (virtual or in-person) to assess the project and provide a free estimate. Once approved, we’ll send over a timeline and scope of work, then stay in touch throughout the process to ensure everything is done to your satisfaction and on schedule.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are licensed general contractors with hands-on experience in remodeling, masonry, and custom home work. Our training comes from years of working in the field alongside skilled tradesmen, learning the ins and outs of residential construction, from foundations to finish work. We’re constantly refining our skills to stay sharp and up to code.
