- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have been told we are reasonable when providing a bid. We remain busy, and receive references to other jobs from satisfied customers. We are not the lowest in cost, yet not the highest either. we guarantee our work.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After receiving your call from one of our advertising leads, we make an appointment for an on-site inspection. We have found that the actual need for insulation can be different than what the customer was expecting! We provide a free visit to better evaluate the project needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
General Contract work. New Home Builds & Handyman work for over 15 years. Specific training in Cellulose, Fiberglass & Closed Foam Spray procedures. All insulation and sound barrier work for projects have been given high ratings.
