- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have been told we are reasonable when providing a bid. We remain busy, and receive references to other jobs from satisfied customers. We are not the lowest in cost, yet not the highest either. we guarantee our work along with references if requested.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We receive a call from one of our advertising leads. We make an appointment for an on-site inspection. We have found that the actual need for insulation can be different than what the customer was expecting. We provide a free visit to better evaluate the project needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
General Contract work. Handyman work for over 15 years . Specific training in Cellulose, Fiberglass & Closed Foam Spray procedures. All insulation and sound barrier work for projects have been given high ratings.
