I’m glad I went with Insulation Guys to help reduce sound between floors in my house, it seems to have helped quite a bit! Working with Brian to get a quote was easy, initially and when I decided to insulate more of the space later on, (+ pricing was better than some other quotes I had received) and I appreciated the suggestions for our prep beforehand. The workers were also very nice, they did a great job with explaining what was happening and what to expect. They also did a pretty decent job cleaning up, we did have some more to do, as Brian had said there would be, but it was better than I was thinking it would be. All in all if I have future insulation needs I’d happily work with the Insulation Guys again

Was so grateful to have found these guys!
Brian was great to work with and love that he will file the rebate for us as well. They were the only company that mentioned the rebates and pointed me to exactly where I needed to go to check up on that. They gave me some good pricing and as a new home owner I didn’t feel like he was trying to convince me to spend more money. I felt like they gave their honest advice as a homeowner and not as a businessman and I appreciate that. As for the job, they showed up on time and completed the job to blow over the top of my existing insulation in 4 hours! Will be using them again for any future insulation needs!

These guys did an amazing job and I would highly recommend them! The work was great and they gave me a very fair price. There was a miscommunication when they came to install and insulation was placed in one area where it shouldn’t have been but they quickly corrected it and stayed as long as they needed to to make it right. I will definitely be going with them for any future needs.

Brian/ Energy Star was awesome! I had been trying to locate a good company to to do my insulation and I had no luck with companies calling me back. Brian got back to me quickly and did the project right away and quickly. He also handled our rebate and walked me through what I needed, etc.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have been told we are reasonable when providing a bid. We remain busy, and receive references to other jobs from satisfied customers. We are not the lowest in cost, yet not the highest either. we guarantee our work.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After receiving your call from one of our advertising leads, we make an appointment for an on-site inspection. We have found that the actual need for insulation can be different than what the customer was expecting! We provide a free visit to better evaluate the project needs.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
General Contract work. New Home Builds & Handyman work for over 15 years. Specific training in Cellulose, Fiberglass & Closed Foam Spray procedures. All insulation and sound barrier work for projects have been given high ratings.
