I hope I can adequately express how impressed we were the Zafar. Our initial request was to have a second key made for by sons 2010 Tacoma. Zafar reached out to let us know when we could expect him and arrived as scheduled. What should have been a simple 1hr job turned out to be far more complicated than expected due to changes made to the trucks locks and electrical system done by a previous owner. Zafar worked his butt off to get it figured out for us!! He worked on it for 6 hrs the first day and since he couldnt get the key and fob to work the way he was hoping he let us know that he was going to try and find the part that was needed in his shop and come back the next day. He also mentioned that if his shop didnt have the part he was going to go to a scrap yard to find it! He came back 3 days in a row until he was able to troubleshoot the problem, fix it and get us the key we requested. The entire time he was so kind and professional and his communication was fantastic. Zafar will be our guy for ANY possible locksmith needs going forward. I cannot recommend him enough, give him a call, you wont regret it!!! Thanks again Zafar!
