- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I set my prices at a fair rate considering the quality, experience, speed and professionalism as a factor. Prices are at a fixed rate depending what the clients project is. For the most part, logos and business stationary are a flat rate with a payment upfront. All other projects are by hourly, and would require a 50% payment with the guesstimate amount of hours.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a client contacts me, I will have a meeting with them discussing their project. I will ask specific questions and get all the information necessary to nail the project and make sure my client is happy with the final outcome. Once I feel like I have all the information I need, I will then write up a project brief/agreement form stating the scope of the project. It will have the details as to what the client wants and expectations as well as payment method and once the project is paid for, that they own the rights to the design.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated from the University of Utah and majored in Graphic Design.
