I would give -5 stars if possible. DO NOT HIRE HIM!!! I hired him for finishing my project. He said HE would be there 8am-10am on start date. His worker finally showed up at 4:30 and left at 5:30. In the hour his guy was there, mistakes were plentiful and not up to ANSI and TCNA codes. Said he would be there 8:30 the next day. Complete no show. Said 9 for 3rd day and his guy showed up at 10 or 11 and did not do things to standards and got mad when he was corrected. I work in the industry and have training in this area of work but didn't want to complete my project myself. He then claimed that he hadn't been told about 2 major aspects of the job that I know I informed him of and had a fit when I said so. We then had him leave and asked for our deposit back. He only refunded part of the deposit keeping $500 for the 4 hours of work his guy did. I ended up having to remove all tile set and 25% of the floor prep to fix the errors they had left. They left items behind and have ignored my email to inform them of such.

Don’t even bother contact them. The owner called to confirm they will be at my house to do the work the next day at 9AM.
After no one showed up by 11AM I called him to check and his answer was that they will be at my house within 60-90 minutes. Again, no one showed up so I called again at 2:20PM only to hear they are full and my job will not be worth it for him so he’s not going to do this job at all!!!
Untrustworthy and dishonest is the worst quality to have for service providers.
Stay away if you want your job to be done.
