FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For the most part, we do project-based quotes. We do offer our services at hourly rates as well. Payment is usually due half upfront, half upon completion. We also offer membership accounts that take advantage of monthly recurring payments instead of a large single expense. Membership accounts are subject to approval.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1) Clarify expectations - make sure we understand what you're looking for and can provide it. If you already have a vision of what you want, or if you would like us to come up with some concepts. The price range for the project is discussed here. 2) Pre-Production - we talk script, storyboard, shooting dates, materials, locations, talent etc. If the client doesn't want to be involved, we do this all on our own. 3) Production - Working with you, or on our own if you prefer, we execute everything we set up in the pre-production phase, shooting everything using the highest standards to measure them by. 4) Post-Production and Delivery - we color-correct, edit, do VFX, and color-grade, get the video as far as we can without additional feedback, then send a version over. Usually, this version is the winner. If needed, we take feedback and incorporate it into a final version. A round of revisions is included as part of every quote.
