zero stars i hired conley to build a fence for me under contract 3646.00 it took him over a month to get material to my house then dug very shallow holes with no string line i ask him questions when he is going to come finnish my fence he acts like its not his problem and is very offended that i want him to come over and work it has been two and a half months now he does not respond to my phone calls or emails went to his place of business with police he kicked me off his property and said he will press charges on me for trespassing as i am only trying to get him to talk to mehe said he sent me a 500 dollar check in the mail three weeks ago and i just found out he decided not to do my fence as of yesterday i have not seen the check and i do not think 500 dollars is what he owes me now i haft to spend more money to take this man to court to try and make things right
