I had the most amazing experience working with them! I even changed my mind on some parts after we had started the project and they were nothing but nice and helped make it look exactly how I wanted! They showed up when they said they would, communication was fantastic. They cleaned up afterwards and threw away old tile. I have nothing but great things to say! I would 100% hire them again! 5 star install and service. Tiago and the RTM team are excellent to work with. We did several projects. Complete master bath remodel in our own home that included all new floor, shower relocation and entire wall. Turned out stellar. Our next projects at a rental property we did a couple bathroom makeover, laundry floor, kitchen back splash and fireplace wall. RTM can do it all. They have our highest level of recommendation!

We are so impressed with the work that they completed on our kitchen! We also have to say that we are those terrible clients that kept changing the date of installation and the team were so accommodating and great at communicating. The changes that we needed to reach the goal of completion of our kitchen tile backsplash. They helped us with everything from selecting the grout to the type of Tile with the custom cutting required. I cannot say enough about how amazing the installation, communication, planning, schedule changes on my part, and completion. Was amazing! I cannot recommend them enough.
