- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
In Utah, the seller is usually responsible to pay agent's commissions. Our industry standard is 6%, typically split evenly between the buyer's and seller's agents.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I believe face to face interaction is the best way for myself and a prospective client to get to know each other. I typically suggest a meeting at my office, a nearby coffee shop, or at my prospective client's home. From there I determine what the best plan of action is to move forward depending on if we are going to sell or purchase a home, or both.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a licensed and experienced real estate professional in the state of Utah.
