Oh man, where should I start here? David did an absolutely amazing job helping my fiance and I through a home transition.He first took the time to help us locate some homes that we wanted to see in a super-efficient and practical manner. As we were shopping around he was able to identify some things that we had wanted and was quick to help us decide if the home we were looking at is worth our time. We never felt pressured to like a home, rather we felt like Dave was on our side in our pursuit of finding a perfect home. We applied for a home and didnt get our offer accepted which bummed Dave out as much as it bummed us out. He wanted to see us happy just as much as we wanted to be happy. He was quick to pivot and help us find another home. He spent some extra time on our second home offer to put us in the best position possible to get our offer accepted. We now live in a perfect home thanks to all of Daves hard work. Enter phase two. We had to sell our current home. I priced homes in the area and had a general idea of what I was hoping to sell the home for. Thankfully David had greater ambitions to sell the home for a better price. He took the time to help me determine what work I can do on the house that would later pay big dividends come sell time. He did a great job at supplying me with contacts to help me with various handiwork and projects to complete. After a few weeks of doing some work to the house, Dave did an open house to sell the home. That weekend we would get various offers much better than I originally anticipated. Im sure Daves vision and suggestions is a big reason why. I walked away with selling my first home and had a great experience thanks to Dave.I look at Dave as a great realtor and a friend. We hope him the best and owe him much thanks for all his hard work!

David was extremely friendly and helpful. This was our first experience with a real estate transaction, and David took the time to explain everything to us and make sure we understood the whole process. He was always prepared to find answers to all our questions about the properties he showed us and he was very accommodating of our schedules. While looking at houses, he provided honest and personable insights with his professional experience. When we did settle on a property, the negotiations and closing were as smooth as possible with David's assistance. We would definitely recommend David to our friends and family.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
In Utah, the seller is usually responsible to pay agent's commissions. Our industry standard is 6%, typically split evenly between the buyer's and seller's agents.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I believe face to face interaction is the best way for myself and a prospective client to get to know each other. I typically suggest a meeting at my office, a nearby coffee shop, or at my prospective client's home. From there I determine what the best plan of action is to move forward depending on if we are going to sell or purchase a home, or both.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a licensed and experienced real estate professional in the state of Utah.
