I was under a time crunch with a home inspection deadline on a house we had under contract. They came out the day I contacted them and were so professional and gave me an emailed quote to send to the sellers of the home. They were quick, so incredibly nice and willing to help me when I needed it! So grateful and will for sure call them when I need HVAC fixes again!

We called CMB and their tune up was a little higher than other places but when I called around, the cheaper services don’t cover minor repairs and replacements. We choose CMB for their honesty and transparency and overall the service fee was less than what it would have come out to with another company. Dan was great! He replaced a loose part that could have caused major problems this summer if we hadn’t had them come out and it would’ve broken off. We ended up saving our landlord a lot by proactively reaching out.
Dan was professional, responsive, friendly and careful not to let our prison break cat out. Thank you!
I’d highly recommend them to anyone looking for service or repairs.
