We first had Channing and his crew install a furnace at our Salt Lake City house. We chose CMB because of their swift response and fair bid. After the installation, we have had worked with Channing a few more times and it has been a pleasant experience every time. They’re responsive, honest, and very professional. It’s not easy to find someone who you trust while you manage rental properties remotely. Give them a call when you need some work with your HVAC, those guys won’t disappoint you.

So our A/C completely stopped cooling, and of course it had to happen over the weekend. I figured I’d be stuck waiting until Monday, but I called these guys and John actually came out right away. He looked at my system explained what was going on, made a quick adjustment to my thermostat to help keep the upstairs cooler (which honestly worked way better than I expected), and then ran a bunch of tests just to make sure nothing else was broken before he left. Super glad I called them. John really knew what he was doing and took the time to make sure everything was working right. I couldn’t be happier and will definitely call them again.

Lane and his team did a great job. Lane contacted me promptly and showed up the same day. I was working through other bids from different companies and we decided to go with CMB because of the time they took to go through all of our concerns and get us what we wanted as far as a new air conditioner and furnace. Our HVAC system was 25+ years old and it was on its last leg. It’s a big decision to make but they were patient with us and super communicative. Jahir and Jose arrived on time for install and I was so impressed by the time it took to install and workmanship. Will refer them to friends! Thank you.

I can’t say enough positive things about CMB HVAC! From the owners to the install crew, I couldn’t ask for a better experience. The consultation was friendly with zero pressure. They took the time to educate me on my various options and brainstormed on how to remedy some mistakes that my original installer made 18 years ago that were limiting the functionality of my HVAC system. They showed up exactly when they said they would, did exactly what was planned, and installed a system that is extremely quiet and keeping my house nice and cool…from start to finish a fantastic experience. Lastly, I can’t tell you how refreshing it is to be able to send a text message to one of the owners and have a response within five minutes.
