Channing responded quickly to my inquiry and was flexible in working with my schedule when setting up an appointment to check my furnace to see if it could be repaired. During the appointment, he explained step-by-step what he was looking at, as well as details about what he discovered. It turns out I needed a new furnace and he was able to provide estimates for several possible options. He was attentive to my needs and budget, and thoroughly answered all my questions. I definitely would recommend CMB HVAC to my family and friends.
