We called CMB and their tune up was a little higher than other places but when I called around, the cheaper services don’t cover minor repairs and replacements. We choose CMB for their honesty and transparency and overall the service fee was less than what it would have come out to with another company. Dan was great! He replaced a loose part that could have caused major problems this summer if we hadn’t had them come out and it would’ve broken off. We ended up saving our landlord a lot by proactively reaching out.
Dan was professional, responsive, friendly and careful not to let our prison break cat out. Thank you!
I’d highly recommend them to anyone looking for service or repairs.

CMB HVAC is the best HVAC company I have ever worked with.
They provide clear up front pricing with no surprises and the quality and timeliness of work is unmatched.
As an “autism family” we really have to watch our expenses and save up for large purchases.
CMB HVAC helped us keep our 22 year old worm out Furnace and air conditioner alive for the last year while we came up with the money to replace the entire HVAC system.
Last week we called CMB HVAC to get pricing on a new HVAC system.
The next day they arrived and inspected the entire system and provided an honest up front price for replacing the entire system and went over all the details so we would not have any surprises.
The new HVC system is absolutely amazing and our home has never been this comfortable.

Dan did great job with my furnce tune up. He was timely, diligent and, efficient. He also inspected my HVAC system to see if there was enough combustion air for the water heater at no additional cost. I'd recommend them to anyone.
