Excellent service. My furnace failed overnight and they were able to come out the next day to provide an estimate and then install the furnace the day following. All-around great experience and would recommend to anyone with HVAC needs. Responsiveness and punctuality was top-notch.

Nothing like losing heat on a holiday! Not a problem for Dimitri, who made it to my home within just a couple of hours of putting in a service request on New Years Day. Hired CMB HVAC for an issue with my unit cutting out and not warming up the home, which happened at the perfect time with the temp dropping 😏 Channing responded out same day the request was put in. To observe someone who knew what they were doing and checking different parts of the unit to troubleshoot the cause of the problem reassured me that I was in good hands. Channing made it look so effortless and was able to get my unit up and running - warming up my home for the cold season. Would absolutely recommend to family and friends, I also asked for Channing’s business card for any future furnace problems.

We called CMB and their tune up was a little higher than other places but when I called around, the cheaper services don’t cover minor repairs and replacements. We choose CMB for their honesty and transparency and overall the service fee was less than what it would have come out to with another company. Dan was great! He replaced a loose part that could have caused major problems this summer if we hadn’t had them come out and it would’ve broken off. We ended up saving our landlord a lot by proactively reaching out.
Dan was professional, responsive, friendly and careful not to let our prison break cat out. Thank you!
I’d highly recommend them to anyone looking for service or repairs.
