- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For all Chapter 7 Bankruptcy Cases, we have two options--cash up front, or monthly payment plan.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first step is to have our client take the online credit counseling course--we provide the link and we cover the cost. Then, once finished, we reach out to the client and pull his or her credit report--with those two items, we can get a case number. Once the case is filed, we have the client gather additional documents and information, then we finalize the remaining documents over the next week. We focus on speed--once you have a case number, you are free from creditors--your fresh start has begun.

Juris Doctor Degree, January 2000 Member of the State Bar of Utah, Bar #8958, since July 2001; Member, California State Bar (currently inactive because I focus here in Utah), since December 2000.
