CMB HVAC provides residential and light commercial heating and cooling services from Layton, Utah. Established in 2022, our team brings more than 20 years of combined HVAC experience. Services include furnace and AC repair, maintenance and installation; heat pumps and mini-splits; water-heater installation, replacement and maintenance; duct cleaning; window AC service; and HVAC-related breaker work. HVAC equipment is available with or without installation. We serve Davis, Salt Lake and Morgan counties, plus Ogden, North Ogden, Roy and Hooper, at customer homes and businesses. Customer hours are Monday-Friday 8 AM-5 PM, Saturday 8 AM-noon and Sunday 8 AM-12:30 PM. Online appointment requests are available anytime; service visits are scheduled during customer hours. We discuss the work, scheduling and payment details before you approve the project.

I mean they were able to come within 12 hours of contacting them! They responded within minutes of contacting them on here! Scott was extremely punctual and respectful of my home. He allowed me to tag-along and ask questions and learn some things, and he didn’t seem bothered about it at all. I feel more informed and educated on the needs of our AC unit. I would highly recommend their services because they get honest estimates and don’t seem to want to price-gouge! Thank you for your help and services! I will be calling again when problems will likely arise with these machines.
