I needed to repair a section of concrete pool decking that had to be removed and I also had an open area of my front driveway that needed filling. Dustin contacted me immediately after I submitted my Thumbtack request and was able to give me a quick proposal for the work. He and his coworker arrived promptly on the work day and knocked out the job in a professional manner and did not leave a mess. The concrete has matched up well with the pre-existing concrete and you can hardly tell it wasn't all part of the same pore. I would definitely hire Perfect Form Masonry again if I need more concrete work.

Perfect Form Masonry were good to work with. After agreeing to hire them they had a digital contract already put together, with a bill of materials, and statement of work. Payments were made quick and easy through their digital platform. They showed up the day they said that they would and our small walkway project took 2 days for them to complete. They were efficient and cleaned up after.

The only part that I didn't like so much was their level of communication. They let me know the day before they were coming out that they were still planning on it, which was good. It did take them a few days to put a quote together after reviewing the project, they didn't tell us an estimate of when they would be arriving each day, and when they were done the first day they left without any communication to us.

All that being said, they had a great price point, their digital system made payments, contracts, etc. really easy, and they did exactly what they said that they were going to do.
I would hire Perfect Form Masonry again.
