Generally speaking I operate under 75-100$ per hour, but special jobs will be priced on a job by job basis always communicated with the customer before starting work
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always get a confirmation of the estimate, and prefer to do a virtual or on site estimate before confirming a price
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Licensed, insured, 20+ years of experience, Masters in Business Administration, and bachelor of architectural planning
