Misleading, unorganized, and unprofessional are the three words I would use to describe Real Property Management Northern Utah. I submitted an application for a property and after completing it called to confirm everything was submitted properly and was told that we were the first complete application in and that they would process our application in 24 to 48 hours. They also said they would call to let us know how it was going. Received no call but called back the following day and they said everything was being processed as normal and that they would call me later. I received no call again so I called the next day and was then told that our application was actually not complete and we were not first to be processed. From start to finished I never once received a call back from them when they said they would call I always had to call them and they ultimately tried to just avoid me when I asked them the hard questions about why I was not told when I initially called to let them know the application was complete that something was missing. I would not recommend this company to anyone, landlord or tenant. My point of contact was: Gwen Gray ggray@realpropertyutah.com

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Most people who own rental housing have one of two goals: 1: Earn extra income from a rental investment 2: Break even (or lose less) on a house that can’t be sold for what is owed to the bank. Hiring a professional property manager may seem like an additional expense that works against your goal to make, save, or lose less money. However, just the opposite is true. The Real Property Management system saves you money by working more efficiently to avoid and shorten vacancies, place the right tenants, collect on or evict the wrong tenants and maintain properties cost-effectively.
