- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge less because I have minimal overhead. I have an interactive quote sheet that allows my clients to mark what services they need and see what the cost are.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet with a new client to meet them and get a good understanding of what their needs are. then I have them fill out a new client and we set them up with whatever they need to be successful.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Masters of Accountancy, I am a licensed tax return preparer with the IRS, and I am Quickbooks Certified Professional.
