Two years ago I didn't have any real goals or direction for my business. I was working 17 hour days and wearing every hat my business needed me to wear. It felt like it owned me, not the other way around. I knew I wanted to work less "in" my business and more "on" it, but I just didn't know how to get there. My weekends and evenings were not my own and I didn't spend much time with my family.
Since working with Paul, I've hired two employees and I no longer work out in the field. I'm now more of the leader/entrepreneur that my business needs me to be. I feel like I've taken my life back to a great degree and I feel more in control, focused, and intentional than ever before. I actually get to have my weekends and evenings back, and I spend more time with my family now.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge either a one-time fee for consulting or a monthly fee for coaching services. We look at each client's situation and advise the best solution both financially and strategically. If working with our firm doesn't make financial sense for the situation of the client, we will give them alternatives that will suit their needs.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We usually hold a FREE discovery call prior to working with each client. If consulting is needed, that can be done either virtually or onsite at the client's location. If coaching is needed, we begin with a free coaching session. If coaching feels like the right fit for the client and our firm, we'll move forward into one of our structured coaching programs.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our owner, Paul Welling, has a Bachelor's degree in Business and Biochemistry from Brigham Young University- Hawaii. He also has certification from EMyth, training from Innovative Management Group, and Billy Gene is Marketing. What we have found most useful is the real-life experience of operating businesses that all of our team members have.
