FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For most new construction or remodel installation jobs building plans or a site visit are needed in order to provide an accurate price. For patch and repair services we charge $75/hr with a 4 hour minimum.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
• Establish the full scope of work as defined by the customer. • Recommend technique and product solutions that will be best for the particular project providing samples or photos if necessary. • Provide the customer with a detailed estimate based on those details. • Schedule a start date and get material on order and a delivery date set. • Begin work. Provide status updates throughout the process and adjusted scope and pricing if customer ideas or needs change. • Wrap up project and cleanup.
