- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Railing is generally based on the existing conditions, the design, and lineal feet. Having that information is a great help.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Generally I like to do a site visit, 3D model/ drawings, test fit, then installation. I typically require a 50% deposit with the remaining balance due at the completion of the project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
A.S. in Drafting and Design as well as a B.S. in Multi Disciplinary Design. I have been doing construction and fabrication either professionally or as a hobby the better part of my life.
