I was very satisfied and will Deffinately use this company again. I was representing the Buyer and the inspection identified issues that we were unaware of. What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes. There are always new products coming out as well as new methods for using those products. I enjoy being up to date on these sort of things. I also enjoy seeing how far things have come since I entered the business in the mid 1970's.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
Inspection was a natural progression for me. My Dad was a general contractor. He made me go to work with him during the summer. I started scrapping out houses when I was about 8 years old. By the time I graduated High School I was running a crew and overseeing new home construction literally from the ground up, meaning from digging the hole in the ground all the way up to the new owners moving in.
