Alicia is amazing to work with, both in terms of the quality and caliber of her work, but also as a person. She is relatable, enjoyable to work with, and can make any budget or space look beautiful. We have used her multiple times to do different projects around our home. I always appreciate her ability to take my budget and create a thoughtful and functional design for our spaces. She is responsive and gets back to me quickly when I have questions. Compared to other designers we met with, she was an incredible value for the work she performed. I also appreciate her attention to detail, her ability to work with many different styles and her connections with good subs/contractors. I can show her a picture of what I like and then she will build on that, always coming up with even better ideas than what we started with. We have referred her to family and friends and they have done the same! We will continue to use her in the future as we create our dream home. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge an hourly rate but am very respectful and cautious of my client's time. I want to make this project worth your time and finances!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once the client and I connect, I will send over my contract and I will send over the scope of work. I will ask for a retainer to get started on the project and the start date will depend on the availability of the client & our current projects.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated from BYU and emphasized in interior design and minored in visual arts. I did my internship with a design firm in London, England and have been designing homes ever since!
