What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge an hourly rate but am very respectful and cautious of my client's time. I want to make this project worth your time and finances!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once the client and I connect, I will send over my contract and I will send over the scope of work. I will ask for a retainer to get started on the project and the start date will depend on the availability of the client & our current projects.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated from BYU and emphasized in interior design and minored in visual arts. I did my internship with a design firm in London, England and have been designing homes ever since!
