IAC were able to give us a quote quickly for stucco on our new addition. They gave a competitive bid (one company’s was more than double theirs!) in line with another contractor. They communicated well, arrived when they said they would, began the project soon after getting the job and worked efficiently. I appreciated how well they kept my windows, deck and area below clean and tidy. Their work is beautiful and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to any friend or neighbor.
