Keep in mind that I charge a service fee of $40 for each visit out to your home. Leak detection costs 450$ (not visible one). Opening 2x2’ of sheetrock included, any extra openings 50$ per opening. If you choose to do the job with me later, I take the fee away from the total, if the price for labor and material will work at the time of me assessing the job there will be no service fee.
