AR Custom Landscaping did a remarkable job installing pavers for our home. It wasnt a large job, but Abraham and his team treated us like they were their most important customers. We needed pavers for our hot tub, which had already been delivered. Another competitor told us it would be at least a month before they could start and that it would take days to return the quote. Abraham said he would do our job in between jobs as it was a day job and exceeded our timeline expectations, plus he gave us the quote within 24 hours.When we realized that the gas line was run with the incorrect-sized conduit, Abraham sent his team out to pull some of the pavers and then back to replace them after we fixed the mistake. He didnt even charge us for the fix, which was our mistake. Professional, high-quality work and very kind people. I will definitely keep them on my short list of people to whom I refer to my own real estate clients!

AR Custom Landscaping was incredible. Ive never worked with a contractor who communicated as effectively as they do. I had them create a small patio in my backyard as an add-on to my very small patio because the original patio was so small, and the rest of the yard was grass. I had them use pavers instead of all concrete because there are pipes below that must be accessed in an emergency. They were so meticulous! The patio is gorgeous, and I cant wait to spend more time outside this year. I highly recommend them for small or big jobs! I cant recommend them enough!!!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Initial Contact: We will reach out to you promptly to discuss project needs and preferences. We will coordinate with you to find a convenient time for a meeting with our contractor.
2. Consultation & Quote: At the agreed time, our contractor will visit your property to discuss the details of your project. This meeting allows us to understand your vision, assess the site, and take necessary measurements. During the consultation, our contractor will provide expert advice and answer any questions you may have regarding the project.
3. Reviewing the proposal: You will receive the proposal from our contractor right there and then. It will include breakdown of cost and all steps it will take to complete the project.
4. Signing the contract: You have the flexibility to sign the contract at your earliest convenience. If you are ready to proceed immediately, you can sign the contract during the initial meeting with our contractor. A 10% deposit is required upon signing to secure your project on our schedule.
