Introduction: I will not quote you low just to get into your garage, and then try to up sell you everything I can. Most companies will try and do just that. Will I point out future problems? Yes. For example, other companies will tell you that you need to replace your rollers in order to have your new springs or new garage door opener warrantied. Not true at all. I try to stay really competitive, if not just a little lower than the other guy because I only do this on the side, for some extra spending cash. My day job, which I service and install garage doors and openers pays the bills. I always try to stay competitive and match other quotes. Keep this in mind, If your garage door has small cracks in it and it sags in the open position, you do not have to replace your garage door. You can run what are called struts, across the length of the garage door and that will be a great fix.
