FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based on project scope, site conditions, and level of finish—not one-size-fits-all estimates. We review project details, photos, or plans first, then provide a realistic budget or schedule a site visit if needed. For larger or more complex projects, a consultation may be required. Any consultation fee is credited toward the project if awarded.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by reviewing your project details, photos, or plans. From there, we provide a preliminary budget range or schedule a site visit to confirm field conditions and measurements. Once scope is finalized, we provide a clear proposal outlining work, pricing, and timeline.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Licensed General Contractor (B-100) with over 30 years of experience in construction. Background includes drywall (S270), mechanical (S350), and fire protection (S370), allowing us to handle and coordinate complex residential and commercial projects.
