- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We base our pricing on the amount of board feet of foam and the depth of foam required.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We work with customers however is best for them. Typically talking on the phone for a few minutes and getting an idea of the work requested is the first step. Answering questions and making recommendations is a part of that. Secondly, receiving digital plans to measure or coming to the job location and taking manual measurements helps me create an accurate bid. Last, we communicate with the new customer how we can best help them and find a time to do the work, again answering any questions and making it an easy process.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have gone through several national training programs that have prepared us to handle spray foam well- that includes safe handling of chemicals as well as application on the job.
