Wonderful guy! The ideas/recipes he brought to our bachelorette party were amazing. He was so open to giving a private cooking class for us and accommodated for all my dietary worries. He also brought along some amazing friends/mentor who only brought more of an amazing experience to the table. He kept the class inclusive where they always had us doing something and they taught us new tips and tricks that we can use in our everyday cooking. Highly recommend, so sweet and would hire again if the opportunity presented itself!

Chef Dapper had made a dinner for myself and 5 friends on such short notice. He made sure our meal was balanced, our steak was cooked the way we each individually like them, he made sure to avoid anything that we were allergic to or diets we were on. He is very responsible, respectful, reliable, patient, kind, and responsive.
